Born and raised in the Boston area - I've been playing, singing, and songwriting since about the time Harry Nilsson's The Point! was released. The music you'll find here was composed either for myself or for and with the band Francine, an indie pop group of close friends and incredible musicians who I hope to be playing and recording with until my teeth fall out.
I spent a few years in the 90's touring and recording with Aimee Mann, from whom I learned and to whom I owe a boatload. Aimee included a song we co-wrote, called Invisible Ink, on her 2002 release, Lost in Space.
Francine and I have had music placed in many films and television programs, including the series The OC, which used Albany Brownout - the full version of which you can hear on this site. See the credits page for a sampling of additional usage.
There will be a lot of music and other media showing up on this site in the weeks and months to come, and I look forward to engaging with and sharing ideas with music, film, television, advertising, and creative folks of all stripes.
